With every breath, you gain strength.
It's interesting how the breath is our greatest tool. Something that is completely free.
Throughout my studies, it has been the one constant. To calm anxiety, to end coping/addiction, to experience emotion (positive or negative), to release repressed trauma, to hear your intuition, to activate the immune system, and to heal the body. These are only just a few uses.
I encourage you to breathe in. Exhale longer than you inhaled. This simple technique calms your nervous system.
You are grounded. You have everything you need inside already.
