Through prayer, meditation, nature, and movement the secrets of the All will naturally be revealed to you.

I learn from the ones closest to existence. The divine is my mentor, my body is my temple of wisdom, and when I connect to the web of life and all universal wisdom is revealed to me.

I remember when I was chanting intensely and entering the realm of the unseen. The divine showed me the tapestry of life, how we are all connected, and sourced by the All.

I listen to the messages in the wind, the movement of the waters, and the stability in the mountains.

I listen to the same Rei wisdom, the divine guidance, that guides my hands in every Reiki session.
