Anger is an okay emotion to feel. Society and spirituality teaches us to repress and condemn our anger. Yes, misdirected anger is not okay. But not all anger is bad or lower density.

Anger stuck in the body can manifest as addiction, depression, anxiety, feelings of inadequacy, and worthlessness. It also manifests as some narley medical issues such as: headaches, muscle tension, infections, issues with the liver, jaw, stomach, and gallbladder.


Here are some ways to get this energy out of your body. Keep in mind that there are more ways to do this, and if these strategies don't work for you I hope this sets you on the journey to finding out what does.
